3. Eligibility

Prescription Medicines can only be purchased by or on behalf of the patient named on the valid prescription. When you submit a prescription or place an order for prescription items, you confirm that you are the patient named on the prescription or that you are legally authorized to act on their behalf. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information and documentation provided, including personal details and prescription data, is accurate, complete, and truthful.

4. Prescription Medicines

To protect your safety and comply with UAE regulations, all prescription orders are reviewed and verified by our licensed pharmacists in accordance with MOH rules and guidance. By using our prescription services, you acknowledge and agree to this verification process as a safety feature.

• All prescription items require a valid UAE prescription (MOH, DHA, or HAAD issued).
• Prescriptions must be dated within the last 6 months, unless a shorter validity period is specified by the prescriber or regulator.
• International prescriptions are not accepted.
• Controlled substances require the original prescription; photographs, scans, or copies are not accepted.
• Olive Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse, adjust, or cancel any prescription order that does not meet regulatory, clinical, or safety requirements.
• Misuse of prescription services, including falsifying prescriptions or patient details, may result in suspension or termination of your account and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed on olivedx.com are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and, unless otherwise stated, include 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as applicable.
• Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) within eligible delivery areas and card payment via a secure online payment gateway.
• Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time you place and confirm your order is the price that will apply to that order, except where there is an obvious error.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (including after order confirmation) if a pricing or product information error is identified. In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded to you.

6. Order & Delivery

• Orders are accepted for delivery within the Emirate of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, only. We do not deliver to other Emirates or outside the UAE unless expressly stated.
• Delivery is typically within approximately 30 minutes during our operating hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
• Olive Pharmacy is not liable for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, customer unavailability, lack of access to the premises, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including traffic, weather, public events, or regulatory checks).

7. Returns & Refunds

• Dispensed prescription Medicines are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable in accordance with UAE MOH regulations, except where required by law (for example, in the case of a product defect).
• Non-prescription items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original, saleable condition with all seals and packaging intact.
• To request a return or refund, you must contact us through our official channels and provide order details and proof of purchase. Items must be inspected and verified by Olive Pharmacy before any refund or replacement is approved.
• Approval of refunds or replacements is at the discretion of Olive Pharmacy and subject to verification of the item condition and compliance with applicable regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on olivedx.com, including but not limited to text, images, logos, icons, graphics, design elements, and layout, is the property of Olive Pharmacy or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any part of the website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care to ensure that our services are reliable and that the information on our website is accurate and up to date, Olive Pharmacy does not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose, except as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Olive Pharmacy, its owners, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, products, or services. In all cases, our total aggregate liability for any claim related to an order shall be limited to the value of that specific order.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, in particular, the laws applicable in the Emirate of Ajman.

You agree that the courts of the Emirate of Ajman shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from or related to these terms, your use of the website, or any orders placed with Olive Pharmacy.
